Yes, a valid business license is required to process wholesale orders. This will be requested during the wholesale approval process.
Our minimum opening order requirement is $1,000, with a minimum of 3 units per SKU.
No, we do not have any reorder minimum requirements.
We strive to process wholesale orders within 48 hours of purchase during our business hours, which are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM PST. Please note that processing times may vary during peak shipping periods.
We ship all wholesale orders via FedEx and UPS.
At this time, we do not accept returns on wholesale orders.
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@skintruth.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Once an order has been placed, it begins processing immediately. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications.
