We ship via the United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing on in stock items. And it could be longer processing times if your order includes in high demand products.

PLEASE NOTE: Processing times will be longer during sale events, product launches, and high volume times. Please understand and keep this in mind.

Once your package ships, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking number.

Most U.S. orders can be expected within 3-5 business days. Please note that free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. TRUology is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, postal errors, postal delays, transportation failures and acts of nature. If your USPS tracking shows a delivery status, TRUology's service has been fulfilled and the customer is responsible for contacting the USPS regarding a claim.

If you did not include the correct shipping information and the package is marked as undeliverable or is returned to sender, then the customer is responsible for the $10 shipping fee to reship.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please confirm your shipping address is correct before you checkout; we do not offer refunds or reships on orders that were shipped to the wrong address.

Missing Package

If your delivery has been marked "delivered" by the carrier and you cannot find your parcel:

1. Check in your mailbox, your porch, with your neighbors... they put them everywhere!

2. Take your tracking number into the post office so it can be geolocated. This will provide you the exact coordinates where the package was scanned as delivered.

3. If your package was delivered incorrectly, request the carrier retrieve the package OR if it was delivered correctly per the GPS coordinates, we suggest filing a police report for theft.

Sometimes parcels get delivered incorrectly and will be put back in your box within 72 hours.

4. IF YOUR USPS TRACKING SHOWS THE STATUS AS "DELIVERED", TRUOLOGY'S SERVICE HAS BEEN FULFILLED AND THE CUSTOMER (NOT TRUOLOGY) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING THE CARRIER REGARDING A CLAIM.

 

Return Policy

TRUology is dedicated to bringing you the best in beauty. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. EXCEPTIONS TO THIS ARE LISTED BELOW

Products must be SEALED and in LIKE NEW CONDITION. We have the right to refuse any return if the package and product is not in proper condition.

We accept up to three OPENED individual items to be returned or exchanged in a 365-day period. After three OPENED ITEM returns or exchanges, you may make another one once 365 days have passed from the date each individual return or exchange was processed.

Returned OPENED products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not within these guidelines.

When you return a product, you may receive a full refund credited to your original payment method once your return has been approved and processed. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit, which will be automatically applied to your TRUology account. Just leave us a note which you would prefer in with your return.

Store Credits are non-refundable for returned items.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions. TRUology reserves the right to alter or delete materials from this Site at any time and at its own discretion.

This website claims no credit for any images posted on this site unless otherwise noted. Images on this site are copyright to its respectful owners.
